Lotus365 Login and Password Problems

Forgot your Lotus365 password?

1. Open WhatsApp and message “Reset Password” along with your Lotus365 ID username to +91 94794 72667 / +91 94794 70486.
2. The support team verifies that the request is coming from your registered number.
3. A new password is sent to you within 2 minutes. Log in and change it to something memorable.

Deposit and Transaction Pending Issues

Made a payment but points are not showing in your ID? Do not panic, and most importantly, do not make a second payment. UPI transactions occasionally take a few minutes to confirm on the bank’s side.

1. Wait 10 minutes after payment. Most pending transactions clear on their own in this window.
2. Take a screenshot of the successful payment showing the UTR number, amount and time.

Withdrawal Pending, Failed or Delayed
